Materials

The racket is constructed using a bi-directional carbon and fiberglass tubular frame. It features a 38mm low-density EVA core, layered with fiberglass fabric for a softer feel. The core is reinforced with carbon fiber fabric and infused with Varlion’s exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin, then finished with a titanium dioxide coating for added durability.

Shape

This model uses Varlion’s exclusive BOURNE shape, a hybrid design combining the power of a diamond shape with the balance of a teardrop shape. The result is a racket that delivers approximately 60% power and 40% control, offering a more controlled feel without sacrificing attacking performance.

Ergoholes Technology

The progressive Ergoholes drilling pattern reduces air resistance, resulting in a cleaner, more consistent strike. This design also increases the size of the sweet spot and improves overall swing efficiency, while enhancing the structural strength and consistency of the racket’s core.

Handlesafety Technology

Handlesafety is an advanced safety system integrated into the handle. Unlike traditional designs where the wrist strap is attached through a single central hole, this system secures the strap through both sides of the handle.
