Meet the 2026 Pure Aero Team. Staying true to the previous generation, this latest version remains a lighter, more user-friendly alternative to the standard Pure Aero, making it an excellent choice for intermediate players seeking easy speed, heavy spin and controllable power.
With a sub-315 swingweight, the Pure Aero Team feels exceptionally quick through the hitting zone from all areas of the court. It’s ideal for defensive scrambling, striking winners on the run and finishing points confidently at the net. The racket also delivers impressive spin-friendly precision, encouraging aggressive line-hugging targets.
The Pure Aero Team continues to excel on serve, where its fast acceleration through contact produces a potent blend of power and accuracy. For 2026, Babolat has re-engineered the shaft geometry to reduce air resistance, giving the frame an even more explosive and whippy feel. The result is easier access to spin, higher racket-head speed and quicker recovery on stretched or reactive shots.
This update also features the latest NF²-Tech dampening system, which uses strategically placed flax fibres to improve vibration filtration and provide a noticeably softer, more arm-friendly response. As before, the racket is equipped with FSI Spin Technology, combining Babolat’s proven Woofer system with dedicated Spin Grommets to increase string movement and dwell time for greater spin potential and a more responsive feel on off-centre or angled contact.
While it doesn’t offer quite the same mass-based stability as the standard Pure Aero, the Pure Aero Team’s outstanding manoeuvrability translates into very easy shot-making.
